Best way for you to exchange your order is to return your original item and purchase the item you would like to receive instead.

We are happy to accept returns for any reason. Please put the item in the original box and send it back to us with the return label we have provided within 30 days. All Vatya products are backed by 1-year standard warranty. Register your product to automatically extend the warranty up to 5 years from the purchase date. Please see our warranty policy page for more detail/

All Vatya products are made in Korea. We’ve been making stainless steel products for over 25 years at the same factory.

304 Stainless Steel with specific chrome and nickel content. All Vatya product uses 18% Chrome - 8% Nickel, which has the strongest antirust properties. It also has excellent resistance to a wide range of atmospheric environments and many corrosive media. It can also withstand upto 1000 C of heat without quenching.

Yes! Vatya uses food and surgical equipment grade stainless steel, so it’s safe to store food. Make sure to give it a quick wash and wipe before you do.

Yes, feel free to pop them in. However, be aware that the products and parts with wood need to be removed from the dishwasher and fully dried after the cycle.

Our products are made for storing, displaying, and serving, not cooking. The wood part may overheat in the oven, and it is unsafe to put stainless steel in the microwave - so be safe and do not place your Vatya in the oven, microwave, or otherwise.

Our products are made for storing, displaying, and serving, and not cooking. Applying high heat directly to the product will singe the surface, so keep it away from direct fire or induction stove.
